Abstract:
This vehicular refrigeration device comprises: a refrigeration cycle (20) having a compressor (21) that compresses a refrigerant, a first heat exchanger (22) that dissipates heat from a high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor, a pressure reducer (23, 82a) that reduces the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant that has passed through the first heat exchanger, and a second heat exchanger (24) in which a low-pressure refrigerant flowing from the pressure reducer absorbs heat, the second heat exchanger evaporating the low-pressure refrigerant; and a high-pressure protection unit (80, 80A, S131, S132, S141). The refrigeration cycle is arranged inside a vehicle, and comprises a relief unit (25A) that, when the refrigeration cycle is stopped, discharges refrigerant inside the refrigeration cycle to the outside of the refrigeration cycle when the refrigerant pressure inside the refrigeration cycle reaches or exceeds a prescribed value, and prevents the refrigerant pressure inside the refrigeration cycle from reaching an abnormal high pressure. During operation of the refrigeration cycle, the high-pressure protection unit prevents the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant from reaching an abnormal high pressure while the refrigerant is maintained inside the refrigeration cycle.
