Abstract:
A ventilating laryngoscope having a disposable laryngoscope lens (2) comprises a laryngoscope handle (1) and the laryngoscope lens (2). The laryngoscope lens (2) is movably inserted into an extension arm (3) at an end of the laryngoscope handle (1). A transparent lens protection cover (5) is configured on an end surface of a closed port (2.3.2) at a front end of a laryngoscope lens inner cavity (2.3). An oxygen spray through hole (6) is configured on the transparent lens protection cover (5). An oxygen delivery catheter (4) has one end tightly and detachably connected to the oxygen spray through hole (6), and the other end communicated or insertedly communicated with an oxygen source catheter (7). A dirt removal nozzle (14), an atomizer nozzle (19), and other components are configured on the transparent lens protection cover (5). During a procedure of inserting the laryngoscope into a throat, the laryngoscope can supply oxygen to inside the body, providing safe and reliable protection against cerebral hypoxia, increasing a success rate of performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, effectively extending a safe period of tracheal intubation, enhancing safety of intubation, and reducing an operational risk of intubation. The embodiment can rapidly clean a secretion on the transparent lens protection cover (5) of a camera head (7) in time, take a clear picture of a glottis, facilitate intubation, and achieve the goal of timely saving a critical patient.
