Abstract:

Provided are a ventilator control device and a ventilation system that are capable of bringing the ventilation amount for a target space towards an appropriate ventilation amount. The ventilator control device (100) comprises an image acquisition unit (110), a metabolic rate calculation unit (120), and a ventilation control unit (140). The image acquisition unit obtains captured images from an imaging device (20) that captures images of the target space (S). The metabolic rate calculation unit calculates the metabolic rate of a person present in the target space, on the basis of a captured image obtained by the image acquisition unit. The ventilation control unit adjusts how much the target space is ventilated by a ventilator (10) that ventilates the target space, on the basis of the metabolic rate calculated by the metabolic rate calculation unit.
