A ventilation device in which: a first heat exchanger (21), an air supply fan (30) and a second heat exchanger (52) are arranged in a first direction along a bottom surface (12b) of a casing (12); a first space (55a) is formed between an air supply fan (30) and a first lateral plate (12e), which is located in a position which is perpendicular to the first direction among lateral plates (12c, 12d, 12e, 12f) which constitute the casing (12); and functional components (60, 52c) are arranged in the first space (55a).
