Abstract:
Disclosed are a ventilation mode switch control method and a ventilation mode switch control device applicable to a medical ventilation apparatus. The method comprises: using a flowrate measurement apparatus to monitor a ventilation flowrate of a patient (S201); acquiring a time constant of the patient (S202); estimating, on the basis of the time constant, a theoretical ventilation flowrate at a comparison time point (S203); and identifying a breathing state of the patient according to the estimated theoretical ventilation flowrate at the comparison time point and the monitored ventilation flowrate of the patient (S204).
