The present invention relates to a ventilation control technology for livestock facilities and, specifically, to a ventilation system and a ventilation control method for livestock facilities, for controlling the air environment of livestock facilities through recirculation of internal air. To this end, the ventilation system for livestock facilities, according to the present invention, comprises: a first fan which is installed in a livestock facility to discharge internal air of the livestock facility; a second fan which is installed in the livestock facility to flow air into the livestock facility; and a third fan which is installed in an air mix module for mixing the internal air discharged from the livestock facility with external air to transfer same to the livestock facility and which discharges, to the outside, a portion of the internal air discharged from the livestock facility; and a controller which controls operation of the first fan and the second fan to adjust the ventilation amount of the livestock facility and controls operation of the third fan to adjust the amount of external air that is an inflow amount of external air.
