This ventilation system (10) comprises: an acquisition unit (35) which acquires a first value indicating indoor air quality and a second value indicating outdoor air quality; and a control unit (32) which performs, on the basis of the acquired first value and second value, a first process for controlling an air supply device (40) that supplies air into a building from outside the building and a second process for controlling the opening and closing of building windows.
