Abstract:
A ventilation system according to the present invention comprises a flow rate adjustment device (60) that adjusts the flow rate of air supplied to a target space (S1), the ventilation system being configured to ventilate the target space (S1). The ventilation system also comprises an estimation unit that estimates a required ventilation amount of the target space (S1) during a sleep interval of a user, and a control unit (101) that controls the flow rate adjustment device (60). On the basis of the estimated required ventilation amount, the control unit (101) adjusts the flow rate of the flow rate adjustment device (60) before the user falls asleep.
