A ventilation valve (10), a ventilation system, and a ventilation hood are provided. The ventilation valve (10) comprises a valve body (20) and annular blades (30). The annular blades (30) are at least two in quantity and are coaxially installed in the valve body (20). Adjacent annular blades (30) can move along a first direction to be in a first state and can move along a second direction opposite to the first direction to be in a second state. The first direction is parallel to a direction of a central axis of the annular blades (30). In the first state, adjacent annular blades (30) overlap one another and the ventilation valve (10) is completely closed. In the second state, adjacent annular blades (30) are separated from one another and the ventilation valve (10) is completely open and is at the maximum degree of opening. When changing from the first state to the second state, a degree of opening of the ventilation valve (10) is less than the maximum degree of opening. The ventilation valve (10) has a large air output area and the torque on the fan is relatively small for the ventilation airflow, extending the useful life of the fan.
