Abstract:
A ventilator (100) has an exhaust air path (B2) for exhausting air from the interior of a room to the outside and a supply air path (B1) for supplying air to the interior of a room from the outside, and is equipped with a heat exchanger (10) and a defrosting unit (12). The heat exchanger (10) performs heat exchange between the air passing through the exhaust air path (B2) and the air passing through the supply air path (B1). The defrosting unit (12) changes the state of the air flowing into the exhaust air path (B2) or the supply air path (B1) and defrosts the heat exchanger (10) when frost adheres to the heat exchanger (10).
