Abstract:
A ventilator installed in the ventilation hole of an outer wall for natural ventilation, comprising a muffling cartridge (10) fitted into the ventilation hole (2) and a cap cover (20) detachably fitted to the indoor side opening of the ventilation hole (2) to cover the muffling cartridge (10) and cover the indoor side opening of the ventilation hole (2) and having ventilation ducts (24) blowing out introduced outside air passed through the muffling cartridge (10) to an indoor side (4). The ventilation ducts (24) are disposed along a wall surface (8) to flow out the introduced outside air along the wall surface (8). The ventilation ducts (24) may comprise normally opened portions (32) and control areas (33) in which a control board (30) capable of opening and closing a part of the ventilation ducts (24) to control the introduced air amount is disposed or may always be opened in all orientations.
