Provided is a Venturi burner (1) capable of enhancing air-flow mixing, comprising a Venturi tube (2), a nozzle, and a flame stabilizer; said Venturi tube (2) has an air intake end (4) and an air outlet end (5); the nozzle is disposed at the air intake end (4), and the flame stabilizer is disposed at the air outlet end (5); the interior wall of the Venturi tube (2) is provided with a plurality of spaced projections (6).
