Abstract:
The present invention relates to a verification device (3) for a vehicle-mounted control device (2) including a first program processing unit (12) that executes a current program on the basis of the output of a sensor unit (11) and that outputs processing results to an actuator unit (13). The verification device (3) shares the output of the sensor unit (11), and is provided with: a second program processing unit (16) that executes the current program and outputs processing results; a third program processing unit (17) that executes a new program and outputs processing results; and a comparison determination unit (18) that compares these outputs. Thus, the verification device (3) can perform an effective regression test on the new program at low cost without affecting the operation of the vehicle-mounted control device (2).
