Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vertical aluminum profiled-material track conveyor-type processing system and corresponding production workshop; the above receives aluminum profiled material processed by an extrusion line, including a material preparation temporary storage line, an aging furnace conveyor line, a classification temporary storage line, and a surface treatment line; the functional line of each section contains a plurality of branch lines; one of each branch line in the preceding order is selected to enter one of the subsequent branch lines, to perform a temporary storage and classification purpose; the aluminum profiled material, after coming out of the extrusion line, passes directly through a suspension conveyor line and is changed to a vertical suspension conveyor to each subsequent processing step, and fits with the previous horizontal extrusion line and the subsequent horizontal deep processing line; arranged in a large workshop are a deep processing area, a packaging area, and a storage area, forming an equipment layout of "horizontal processing equipment-vertical processing equipment-horizontal processing equipment", created in a large workshop in which production, surface treatment, and subsequent processing of all profiled material are completed in one large area.
