The present invention relates to a vertical garden for removing fine dust and providing aroma using rotation technology for maintaining continuous plant growth, the vertical garden enabling plants having an autonomous air purification and/or fragrance function to be planted therein, and a device being installed that is capable of controlling air purification, fine dust reduction, fragrance, sterilization, and continuous growth of the plants, thereby simultaneously improving air quality indoor and outdoor and providing aesthetic and advertising benefits.
