Abstract:
A vertical micro-fluidic chip and method for a PCR test. The micro-fluidic chip comprises: a chip body, which is provided with a separation and purification cavity, a reagent cavity and a reaction compartment; a first communication piston, which is rotatably inserted into the chip body and is provided with a first liquid flow groove capable of communicating the separation and purification cavity with the reagent cavity; a second communication piston, which is rotatably inserted into the chip body and is provided with a second liquid flow groove capable of communicating the separation and purification cavity and the reaction compartment; and a driving piston, which is movably arranged in a piston cavity of the chip body, the piston cavity being divided into a first piston cavity portion and a second piston cavity portion by the driving piston, and the first piston cavity portion being in communication with the separation and purification cavity. The first communication piston is further provided with a first airflow groove capable of communicating the reagent cavity with the second piston cavity; and the second communication piston is further provided with a second airflow groove capable of communicating the reaction cavity with the second piston cavity portion.
