Abstract:
In order to obtain a vertical sealing tape to be used in a paper container formed so that it is possible to form a horizontal seal so as to prevent the occurrence of leakage in sealing through ultrasonic vibration generated at high output, and to obtain a paper container that is vertically sealed by the vertical sealing tape, the present invention is configured such that a vertical sealing tape 1 to be used for the purpose of vertical sealing by covering a vertical-direction seam in a paper container, which is molded through a step for forming a packaging-material tube by superposing and performing thermal fusion boding on both longitudinal-direction (vertical-direction) edge parts of a band-form packaging material 8 in which paperboard serves as a base layer and thermally fusible synthetic resin layers serve as outermost layers on both the obverse and reverse surfaces, is formed so as to have a layered structure in which a gas-barrier-property resin layer 8 serves as a core layer and thermally fusible synthetic resin layers 11, 12 are layered on both surfaces of the gas-barrier-property resin layer 8 via adhesive resin layers 9, 10, and moreover is formed so that a vibration-absorbing material is added to the adhesive resin for forming the adhesive resin layers 9, 10 and/or the thermally fusible synthetic resin layers 11, 12.
