Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a blade that is sharp and can be sharpened very quickly.
Stainless steel surfaces oxidize easily, so stacking and welding plates is problematic.
Once welded in a flat stacked state, a laminate material is produced. Next, by cutting into bars and rearranging,
a vertically laminated base material is obtained, and from this base material, a section that will become the blade is cut out with a laser, water jet cutter, etc., and is attached as a blade member to the distal end of a knife. Forming in this way results in a blade that becomes serrated when polished.
