Abstract:
The present invention can provide a vertically movable mixer comprising: a container having a central through-hole formed in the bottom part thereof; a motor housing coupled to the container under the container; a motor embedded in the motor housing; a sliding member sliding back and forth in the vertical direction so as to pass through the central through-hole of the container; a rotary shaft which is rotatably provided inside the sliding member so as to vertically slide back and forth together with the sliding member, and which is axially provided at a motor shaft of the motor so as to rotate by the rotation of the motor; and a rotary blade which is mounted at the rotary shaft and rotates, and which cuts, crushes, and mills food materials in the container while sliding back and forth in the vertical direction and, simultaneously, rotating.
