Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a vibrating diaphragm of a sound generation device and a sound generation device. The vibrating diaphragm comprises a fluorosilicone rubber film layer, the fluorosilicone rubber comprises a linear polymer composed of a siloxane main chain and side chain groups; the molecular structure of the polymer is as shown in formula I, wherein the unit having a vinyl group in a side chain group is a methyl vinyl siloxane unit, and the unit having a R1 in a side chain group is a fluorine-containing siloxane unit; wherein n and m are natural numbers, and R1 comprises at least one of a fluoroalkyl group and a fluoroaryl group. The vibrating diaphragm made of fluorosilicone rubber has good rebound resilience and good hydrophobic and oil-resistant properties, and can keep the acoustic performance of the vibrating diaphragm stable. Upon deformation, the vibrating diaphragm can recover by means of the rebound itself, and will not fail due to film fracture, film crack, contact with water, and contact with oil.
