Abstract:
The invention describes a device (1) for striking a ball with a striking head (5) formed by a section (4) which is bent in one plane to form an ellipsoid frame (28) which has strings (8) stretched across it, and a handle (14) secured to the striking head (5). The section (4) forming the frame (28) is fitted to at least one section component (23, 26) arranged at a distance therefrom which is supported on the frame (28) with the insertion of a vibration damping device (31) and carries the strings (8) of a stringing (6).
