Abstract:
Disclosed is a vibration-damping suspension frame disassembling and assembling device for a maglev train. The device comprises support columns (11), running wheel assemblies (34), a base (31), lifting mechanisms (33), a support table (32), a lifting rail (321), a left locking assembly (351) and a right locking assembly (352). A vibration damping assembly (4) comprises a first threaded cylinder (41), a screw rod (42), a handle (43), a force transmission cylinder (44), a second threaded cylinder (45), a lifting cylinder (46), a transmission rod (47), a connecting cylinder (48), a counterweight block (49) and a sealing cover (410). The present invention can achieve the disassembling and assembling of a maglev-train suspension frame, and the disassembling and assembling are very convenient. In addition, under normal circumstances, the present invention can also serve as a part of the rail in a maglev shed, thereby guaranteeing the normal running of a maglev train in an inspection and maintenance shed. With regard to the characteristic that during the magnetic levitation process of the maglev train, high-frequency adjustment of magnetic levitation clearance is prone to generate resonance with a lower structure, a middle support mechanism is provided, which achieves a good vibration damping effect. At the same time, when the maglev-train suspension frame needs to be disassembled and assembled, the lifting rail can drive the maglev-train suspension frame to lower, which facilitates the disassembling and assembling of the train suspension frame.
