Abstract:
A vibration-damping transmission coupling device for an electromagnetic power-losing brake, comprising a brake disc (1). The center of the brake disc (1) is provided with a connecting hole (11); the hole wall of the connecting hole (11) is recessed to form internal spline grooves (12); an elastic sheet (2) is provided on the brake disc (1); the elastic sheet (2) comprises an elastic sheet base sheet (27) that is in contact with the end face of the brake disc (1); retaining sheets (21) folded inward the spline groove (12) and formed beside two side walls of the spline groove (12) are provided at the spline groove (12) of the elastic sheet base sheet (27) corresponding to a center hole of the brake disc (1); and when the retaining sheet (21) is in a free state, an inclined angle (B) is formed between the retaining sheet (21) and the side wall of the spline groove (12). The vibration-damping transmission coupling device can effectively reduce noise between the brake disc (1) and a rotor (3).
