Abstract:
A vibration damping wall panel in which a vibration damping device is installed in an opening part formed in the panel. The vibration damping device comprises frames installed in the opening part, support parts installed on the frames oppositely to each other, a pendulum member supported by the support parts and, when the support parts are displaced by shaking, swinging about a roughly center part between the support parts, and vibration damping members installed between the end parts of the pendulum member and the frames. Accordingly, the vibration damping wall panel can effectively fulfill vibration damping function starting at the small deformation of a building.
