Abstract:
Provided are a vibration device capable of externally discharging a foreign matter adhering to a transparent body from the transparent body while maintaining the field of view of the transparent body, and an image-capturing unit including the vibration device. A vibration device (10) comprises: a protective cover (11); a first cylindrical body (12); a leaf spring (13); a second cylindrical body (14); a piezoelectric device (15); and a vibration plate (16). The vibration device (10) further comprises a cutaway portion (18) (non-equilibrium means) in which part of mass of at least one of the protective cover (11), the first cylindrical body (12), the leaf spring (13), the second cylindrical body (14), and the vibration plate (16) is cut off.
