Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, and relates to a vibration excitation tamping apparatus. The apparatus comprises a liftable tamping frame, a hydraulic vibration excitation oil cylinder hinged to the middle of the tamping frame, at least one connecting plate hinged to a piston rod end of the hydraulic vibration excitation oil cylinder, double-end telescopic clamping oil cylinders fixedly connected to the two sides of the connecting plate respectively, and a pair of tamping arms hinged to the two sides of the tamping frame respectively and having upper ends hinged to the corresponding double-end telescopic clamping oil cylinders respectively. According to the present invention, the stress at the upper ends of a pair of tamping picks is equal in opposite directions, such that the stress is balanced, and actions are symmetrical, which can ensure centering and clamping, and the structure is very compact. In addition, since a vibration excitation drive is centralized and reasonably separated from a clamping drive, the number of vibration excitation devices is halved, such that the cost is significantly reduced; moreover, since two groups of tamping picks along the length direction of a sleeper are mounted on different tamping arms, when the compactness of two ballasts at corresponding positions is inconsistent, uniform dense clamping can be achieved.
