Abstract:
To provide a vibration measurement device for a rotating tool gripped by a tool holder that is connected to a main shaft and axially rotates in cooperation with the main shaft, the vibration measurement device comprises: a pair of acceleration sensors mounted symmetric to each other on a rotation axis on the horizontal plane with respect to a rotation axis of the rotating tool; an amplifier circuit that matches the impedance of acceleration information from the acceleration sensors and amplifies a voltage; a low-pass filter that removes a predetermined high frequency from an output signal of the amplifier circuit; and a subtraction circuit and an addition circuit that output a parallel vibration signal in the XY direction and a vibration signal in the rotation direction from the output signal of the low-pass filter, wherein the output signal having a high resolution waveform and including frequency information from the subtraction circuit and the addition circuit is A/D converted, is processed as transmission data, and is transmitted to the outside as-is.
