Disclosed in the present application are a vibration motor and an electronic device, belonging to the field of communication devices. The vibration motor comprises a housing, a mass block, a first vibration assembly and a second vibration assembly, wherein the first vibration assembly and the second vibration assembly are clamped between a first surface and a second surface which are arranged opposite each other in the housing; the first vibration assembly comprises a driving member, and the driving member is mounted on the housing and matches the mass block; the second vibration assembly comprises a piezoelectric structural member, and the piezoelectric structural member is connected to the housing and the mass block; under the condition that the driving member is powered on, the driving member drives the mass block to reciprocate between the first surface and the second surface; and under the condition that the piezoelectric structural member is powered on, the piezoelectric structural member deforms and drives the mass block to reciprocate between the first surface and the second surface.
