Abstract:

The present invention is provided with: a first mounting member (11) and second mounting member (12); an actuator (14) for damping and absorbing an input vibration by reciprocally moving a mover (13) in accordance with the input vibration; an actuator case (15) in the interior of which the actuator (14) is accommodated; and a relay connector (17) that is mounted onto the actuator case (15) and that electrically connects a connector (16) of the actuator (14) and an external power source. The relay connector (17) is provided with a terminal (27) for connecting the connector (16) of the actuator (14) and the external power source, and a housing (28) in which the terminal (27) is provided. In the actuator case (15), an insertion hole (31) into which the terminal (27) is inserted is formed, and also a mounting cylinder (32) surrounding the insertion hole (31) is provided so as to project out. To the inside of one of the mounting cylinder (32) and the housing (28), the other thereof is fitted in an airtight manner with a packing (35) therebetween.
