Abstract:
A vibration suppression method for a servo motor and a load multi-stage transmission system. N + 1 vibration suppression filters are used with respect to N fixed vibration frequencies and one vibration frequency that varies with a load position that are present in a multi-stage transmission mechanism, each filter being used for eliminating one corresponding vibration frequency. An offline method is used to measure the fixed vibration frequencies and the vibration frequency that varies with the load position in the multi-stage transmission system and the variable vibration frequency is prepared into a two-dimensional table related to load positions. Fixed frequency parameter vibration suppression filters are used to eliminate the fixed vibration frequencies. A variable frequency parameter vibration suppression filter is used to eliminate the variable vibration frequency. A linear interpolation method is used on the basis of the load position and the two-dimensional table to acquire the vibration frequencies. The method implements simple and accurate frequency measurement and takes into consideration both the fixed and variable vibration frequencies.
