Title:
VIBRO-FLUIDIZING DEVICE FOR POWDER PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2001/021314
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A vibro-fluidizing device for powder particles which, without using a medium, such as air, gas or other fluid, or impact balls, enables a circulation behavior of powder particles ascribed to vibro-fluidization to appear all over the surface at high speed while almost all power particles (3) are uniformly dispersed by circulating currents, the device having a mechanical arrangement which is designed not to become complicated and yet capable of performing at high speed composite processing, such as disintegration of agglomerate, and dispersion, mixing and drying of powder particles, directly on circulating powder particles. Processing means for powder particles (3) is constructed by using different vibrating bodies (2, 4) in a pair cooperating with a vibrating means (1) to fluidize powder particles (3) by cooperative vibrating action produced between the different vibrating bodies.
