Abstract:
Disclosed are a video coding code rate control method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a space domain complexity and a time domain complexity of a first image frame in a video stream; updating a first target bit of the first image frame to a second target bit according to the space domain complexity and the time domain complexity, and updating a first initial quantization parameter of the first image frame to a second initial quantization parameter according to the space domain complexity and the time domain complexity; and generating a compression code stream of the first image frame according to the second target bit and the second initial quantization parameter.
