Abstract:

A video coding and decoding method, a video coding and decoding apparatus, a computer-readable medium, and an electronic device, relating to the field of coding and decoding. The video decoding method comprises: determining, in a coding block of a video image frame, a current coefficient to be decoded (610); obtaining a flag combination corresponding to the current coefficient, the flag combination comprising at least two coefficient absolute value threshold flags (620); respectively decoding the coefficient absolute value threshold flags of the flag combination to obtain values of the coefficient absolute value threshold flags (630); and determining a coefficient absolute value of the current coefficient according to the values of the coefficient absolute value threshold flags (640).
