Disclosed are a video coding method and device in which a deep learning-based in-loop filter is used for inter-prediction. Provided are a video coding method and device in which a deep learning-based in-loop filter is used for the inter-prediction of P-frames and B-frames in order to reduce image distortions present at various levels in the P-frames and B-frames according to the values of quantization parameters (QPs).
