As a video coding method and device using decoder-side motion compensation disclosed herein, the present embodiment provides a video coding method and device for performing decoder-side motion compensation by speeding up a motion information derivation process in order to solve the problem of complexity increasing as derivation of the motion information is performed on the decoder side.
