Abstract:
Disclosed are a video conference image-based social anxiety treatment system using biofeedback and exposure therapy, and a recording medium having, recorded thereon, a program for executing a method for same. The social anxiety treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an anxiety level measurement unit configured to measure the anxiety level of a subject of social anxiety treatment while the subject performs a speech task through a video conference; a video conference image provision unit configured to provide the subject with video conference images including a participant connected to and participating in the video conference and a virtual participant prepared in advance; and an exposure therapy level adjustment unit configured to adjust the exposure therapy level according to the subject's anxiety level, which changes according to the video conference images.
