Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a video encoding method and apparatus, a video decoding method and apparatus, and a storage medium, an electronic device and a computer program product. The video decoding method comprises: according to a reference frame, generating a predictive vector candidate list for a displacement vector of a decoded block of the current frame; selecting, from the predictive vector candidate list, a predictive vector of the current block to be decoded; and decoding the current block on the basis of the predictive vector of the current block.
