A frame acquisition means 22 acquires simultaneously photographed frame data from video data input from cameras C1, C2, respectively. On the basis of a movement direction of an object and a position of the object detected in an overlapping region of adjacent frame data, a prohibited region setting means 24 sets a prohibited region not subject to computations when a seam is calculated. A seam calculation means 25 calculates the seam of mutually adjacent frame data while not subjecting pixels included in the prohibited region to computations for seam calculations. A connected frame output means 26 connects frame data along the seam, and outputs connected frame data 15.
