Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a video processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first device receiving an operation for starting photographing in a movie mode; in response to the operation for starting photographing, the first device acquiring a first image sequence on the basis of a camera; the first device performing encoding on the basis of the first image sequence and first dynamic metadata corresponding to a first brightness scenario, so as to obtain a first HDR video; a second device acquiring the first HDR video from the first device; the second device adjusting the brightness of the first HDR video on the basis of a preset brightness, so as to obtain a second HDR video; and the second device playing the second HDR video. In this way, a first device may match dynamic metadata for a brightness scenario, perform encoding to obtain an HDR video, and send the HDR video to a second device, such that the second device may perform brightness mapping on the HDR video on the basis of a preset brightness, and display video content with an appropriate brightness.
