Provided are a video provision system and a program that are for displaying digital content interactively to a plurality of viewers. The video provision system (100) whereby a plurality of viewers interactively display digital content comprises: a collaboration server (106) whereby, in order to select digital content, the viewers use a network or public telephone network and send guided trigger information that operates of a terminal device, to the terminal device; a content server (105) that, on the basis of a viewer trigger included in viewer participation information sent from a viewer terminal device after the guided trigger information, selects digital content to be displayed at a later time than the viewer trigger; and a speaker or a projector (102, 103) for providing videos using the selected digital content. By guiding viewers to interactive display of digital content, viewer participation using said guidance is possible.
