Abstract:
When estimating a subjective video quality for main parameters (21) by inputting an input frame rate (21A) indicating the frame quantity per unit time, an input encoded bit rate (21B) indicating the encoded bit quantity per unit time, and an input packet loss ratio (21C) indicating a packet loss occurrence ratio for a video medium, a degraded model specifying unit (12) specifies a degraded model (22) indicating the relationship between degradation of the reference subjective video quality (23) and the packet loss ratio according to the input frame rate (21A) and the input encoded bit rate (21B) and corrects the reference subjective video quality according to the video quality degradation ratio corresponding to the input packet loss ratio (21C) calculated by using the degraded model (22), thereby calculating a desired subjective video quality estimation value (24).
