Abstract:
This video quality estimation device, for estimating the quality that a user experiences in a tile-based video distribution service that distributes video divided into tiles, is provided with a video quality parameter extraction unit which extracts a first parameter representing the quality of a first tile and the second parameter representing the quality of one or multiple second tiles from a received tile-based video, and a video quality estimation unit which uses the first parameter and the second parameter to estimate the quality of the tile-based video.
