Abstract:
Provided is a video quality estimation device that estimates experience quality in viewing video, comprising: a video quality estimation unit that estimates video quality on the basis of a parameter about video quality of a high image-quality area and a parameter about video quality of a low image-quality area; an audio quality estimation unit that estimates audio quality from a parameter about audio quality of the video; an audio visual quality/quality variation integration unit that estimates audio visual quality on the basis of a video quality estimated value estimated by the video quality estimation unit and an audio quality estimated value estimated by the audio quality estimation unit; a deterioration amount estimation unit that estimates a deterioration amount of experience quality due to reproduction stop on the basis of a parameter about reproduction stop in the video; and a quality integration unit that estimates experience quality with respect to the viewing on the basis of the audio visual quality estimated by the audio visual quality/quality variation integration unit and the deterioration amount due to reproduction stop estimated by the deterioration amount estimation unit.
