Abstract:
An image decoding method, according to the present invention, can comprise the steps of: dividing a 360 degree projected image into a plurality of areas including a current area; determining quantization parameter-related information of the current area on the basis of a position of the current area; and determining a quantization parameter of the current area or blocks contained in the current area by using the quantization parameter-related information.
