Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a video synthesis method, apparatus, electronic device, and storage medium, relating to the technical field of computers, said method comprising: obtaining a target picture from multimedia data played by a client; obtaining a target template video configured for the target picture, said target template video comprising a video playback effect; compositing the target picture and the target template video to obtain a picture video; it is unnecessary for a user to manually select the target picture, thus smart and automatic selection of a target picture is achieved, simplifying the process of compositing pictures and videos, and improving the efficiency of video compositing; the multimedia data played by the client is the multimedia data that the user is watching or has already watched, therefore the multimedia data may be more in line with the interests of the user; the target picture obtained from the multimedia data may also be more in line with the interests of the user, thus ensuring that the generated picture video is more in line with the requirements of the user and improving the accuracy of picture video.
