Abstract:
The video server of the present invention generates synchronization information relating to video data played back in a terminal device, to obtain a video playback time in the terminal device, and transmits the synchronization information to the terminal device. An additional-information server stores additional information and video playback times in association with each other and transmits the associated additional information and video playback times to the terminal device. The terminal device receives the video data, and on the basis of the synchronization information, plays back a video image and synchronizes the video playback time of the video being played back and the video playback time that is associated with the additional information.
