Abstract:
This video transmitting device includes: a first control unit which splits video data into a plurality of channels, in units of a specific number of consecutive frames, where said specific number is at least one, and which, for the video data in each channel, subjects the video data in a specific region, corresponding to the channel in the frame, to a modification using a reversible scheme; and a plurality of first video transporting interfaces which respectively transport the modified video data in each channel.
