This virtual experience device enabling an experience of a sensation of falling comprises: an instrument in which a rotary supporting part that rotatably supports a flat board is formed; and a VR headset that includes therein at least a height sensor and a display for displaying a virtual space. The VR headset includes a sensor for detecting a second state where the height from the floor surface on which the instrument is placed becomes a predetermined height or less. The virtual experience device comprises video software that includes a still video image and a falling video image to which the still video image is switched when the second state is established.
