Abstract:
This virtual power storage management system (100) comprises: a virtual BESS control unit (14) that selects the power transaction needs that can be supported based on the average SOC (State of Charge) of a physical BESS disposed in a management area; a distributed BESS control unit (21) that determines a standby SOC of each physical BESS from a charge/discharge command on the basis of the characteristics of each physical BESS disposed in the management area; and a BESS control unit (31) that sends the battery status on the basis of individual operation data of the physical BESS to the distributed BESS control unit, and controls the SOC of the physical BESS on the basis of the standby SOC from the distributed BESS control unit (21).
