Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a virtual reality experience system that, in a way that is closer to reality than in conventional systems, creates a virtual reality for a simulation or attraction that involves water. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a virtual reality generation device 12 that includes at least solid granules 18, an open-topped container 22 that is filled with the solid granules 18 such that a solid granule layer 20 is formed therein, and a fluid-spraying means 24 that is provided on a bottom part of the inside of the container 22 and sprays a fluid into the solid granule layer 20 so as to suspend and fluidize the solid granule layer 20; a spray control means 14 that, in accordance with the virtual reality to be generated, controls the amount of fluid that is sprayed from the fluid-spraying means 24; and a sensation-imparting means that, in accordance with the virtual reality to be generated, imparts visual, auditory, olfactory, haptic, and/or kinesthetic sensations.
